The last two weeks I’ve had thoughts of self harm. It’s hard to adjust to the regular world. I didn’t think that the adjustment would be this challenging. My wife doesn’t know these thought’s because I don’t need her worrying about my mental health. We have an 8 month old son I want to be able to give them the best life but the military is all I know and I have no idea what career to choose. i had my canadian pr last year but didn’t do the landing since covid hit. the deadline passed of course and the immigration office reached out to check if i’m still interested and if so i should re-do a medical. assuming my medical goes through and my pr is processed and accepted again, does anyone know if landing is still a thing? my original plan was to do a landing and move after 2 years. is this still possible or does canada basically want you to move in a year or so after pr is granted?

Any tips on how to improve lining thickness? My RE had me on Estrace for a week before starting Prometrium (vaginally) a few days ago, but my lining is only a little above 5mm. Looks likely that this FET cycle is going to get canceled (was potentially going to be this weekend) since the lining doesn’t seem to be thick enough.
