I'm not in sales per se but I manage my company's largest wholesale account ($150 million per/yr account). Help,I started a new career n the events industry and I think I have to quit! The person I report to is so disorganized and there are no other managers in the office to direct day to day operations of our department. I did not get a raise when I took the job because it was technically a demotion ( I was a team leader at a contact center). I only bring in a little over $2,600 a month. After paying all my expenses, I get to put away $500 a month in savings but don’t have much wiggle room for anything else, including going out money.
