Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

We’re in a relationship business. People who are speak clearly and concisely and are highly credible and pleasant to be around are the people you put in front of the client.
Not the people who throw surprises, cast doubt on the work, give complicated answers that unearth more questions or are a general risk when opening their mouth.

I wish I could always have the person who is best at doing the work present it, but I've had one of them completely shut down at any slightly unexpected question from the client and one is prone to adding unhelpful editorial commentary ("I would have assumed x but we ended at .5x to be conservative" or "that is still being reviewed by the partner so I'm not sure when it will be ready").
Obviously we're working on this and I believe it's only fair to give clear feedback so they understand, but it's really two different skill sets.
