This is a bit more of a rant…but what’s the point of entering creative into award shows and then pestering all of your employees to go and vote for your work. This is like a friend entering her baby’s pic into a stupid online contest and telling all their let friends to vote every day. Is award worth anything if it’s only voted on by your own employees b/c you’ve bugged them to do so?!! My agency does this all the time and then they brag about another big win.

I was interviewed for a perticular customer, which went well and also received an offer. Few days before of my joining date, i came to know that the technology stack from customer got changed and customer had no requirement for which i was hired. I have wanted to be in the trades since I will a child. In highschool I was pushed into university and away from mechanics. After 4 years of struggle I finally decided to just to work and figure out a new plan. I was surrounded by tradesmen and knew I wanted to be on the tools and yet didn't know how to get there. I waited 5 years for my company to give me an opportunity at an apprenticeship to no avail. So I took my savings and went back to school for electrical. Still trying to find work.
