I bulked 45# I'm down 15 and close to where I want to be. My lifts went from diddly to pretty good. Bench from 60-165, ohp from 40-100, squats 60-220. Those are working sets. Idk what my max is. For once in my body dyzmorphic life I'm pretty happy
