I've been working in HR operations for the past 3 years. Total work experience being 3.10 years. My current CTC is 6 LPA. I'm looking to change companies and want to get into a decent MNC. Will I be able to get a 70-80% hike taking into consideration my experience matches the profile?
Any advice on which profiles and companies to apply for? And any advice on how to grab a job at Amazon for the same would be perfect.

Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?

SC only exists for those with an MBA, so you would go straight from C to M. This is to help justify the pay difference. The good news is that once you make M, everyone gets paid the same.
At C1 you have 4 years to make M. If you're really good you can get it in 3, if you're one of the best you can get it in 2.
Strategy is 100% up or out, if you don’t hit M in 4 years you’ll be counseled out.
Like others said SC is exclusively for MBA hires in strat.
Absolutely have. Plus I feel like many of the people who leave on their own saw the writing on the wall and got out before they were forced.
Can’t speak to Accenture but at PwC and KPMG non-mba peers make significantly less, at the same title (e.g same title, same duties, 30K less).
Except OP is talking about strategy. At s& mbas and non mbas pretty much make the same
Thanks for all the responses! What do the raises look like from C1 through C4?
