I am going to start a career as a Patient Access Rep soon. I have previous admin experience and I am wondering if I should ask for a pay increase to salary? The starting pay for this position is 16.25 but I am wanting to ask for 19up…How much are patient reps making now days in this medical field?

Getting over heartbreak and having a full time job is torture lol. My boyfriend and I just broke up after almost a year of being together. Can any PPMDs chime in on the comp statements? For the most these are terrible increases. Do you guys & gals agree with what the firm giving your main resources? I don’t understand how it makes sense to have people leave and you pay the incoming people more, as well as, spend more time and money in training them. Just trying to understand the rationale.
