My final round with Deloitte for UK Tech Consulting Manager position soon. Strangely it’s not a PMD round as it usually is for other Big4/tech consulting firms.
1. Can anyone tell me if they’ve been through the whole process without speaking to PMD? (First round Sr Manager, second Case Interview by a manager and third again by a manager) 2. What is a typical salary to expect? I was asked in screening but kept it vague (e.g can discuss later bla bla). I was hoping 75-80 (ridiculous?)

Yep. Same here! I'm looking frantically myself. We've always thought the death of agencies would be slow.... but the post-COVID great resignation is here, and with it feels like the funeral for agencies.
Is your agency requiring people to return to the office / move? Because that seems to be a deal breaker.
Do you offer part time positions, do you give opportunities to work flex to say returning moms, can you think of innovative ways of staffing people. Rather than looking to staff an exact match for any role you may look at staffing interns or people that have no experience in your field and help them with the skills needed to get these jobs. I have few people that are IT savvy and looking for jobs any job… why not give them opportunities
