I thought you were gonna pay for random peoples and got super hyped for a second😂😭
I wouldn't think so, expecially since it is such a wonderful benefit from the employer. The benefit could be contingent on employees maintaining their productivity. I worked for a company that paid my tuition for my masters and I made sure I was on point with my work the entire time. It wasn't easy but I was so grateful that I had the opportunity, I was not going to slack off.
Just make it a limited number and require folks to submitt an abbreciated application. Each comsuktant has to make a business case for it at larger firms. But partners essentially manage number of peoole that can get jt
If you add a contingency to work after then it would actually reduce producivity loss risk
Yes, but you lock them into a contract on the back end for a few years to get the ROI.
It’s a great benefit, there is no data to suggest it would be a productivity killer but on the contrary it’s a morale booster and would push employees to give more to the employer..
I personally don’t prefer doing any course associated with the organisation as it is generally followed by a bond or a two year contract
Yes, I have seen this scenario firsthand with a few of my co-workers. Productivity greatly decreased while they were enrolled. Now both of them are looking for better pay because my employer does not state in the education reimbursement policy that they must stay with our company for a determined amount of time post-graduation. I would suggest only opening your benefit to employees who are already high-performers, nominated by their managers/supervisors.
