What are some Interview questions for a social media planner that I should be prepared for?

I'm graduating in a few weeks, is to weird to send a holiday gift like wine or a Christmas Card along with my resume? I haven't been hearing back from the companies i have been applying to and I'm looking to stand out.

I’m 23 and independent. Working full time and studying full time is taking a serious toll on my mental health. I’m always tired, unmotivated, depressed, sometimes angry at my life, and I don’t know what to do. I’m in my sophomore year. I also don’t work in the field that I’m studying (computer science) because I’m always rejected without an interview, which is another aggravating factor for me. It’s hard to have time to work on personal projects to make my portfolio more attractive.

I'm a little confused on Danko - does he offer a self-study option for the coursework requirement? On his website it looks like each module has a 4-day virtual class which I wouldn't be able to attend due to working full time. Does this program also include self-study material, and the classes are just supplementary/optional? I was also looking at Dalton for self-study and Danko for test prep. Thoughts?

Crushed my final two interviews today. I will hear back sometime next week for a verbal offer for a Tech Solutions Consultant on the xWS team. Leaning towards an L4 but maybe they give L5 if the interview feedback was as good as I thought it went. Any thoughts on how I should negotiate base and equity? Maybe ask for sign on too?

When you recruiters say at the end of a 15 min call.
“I will get back to you by the end of this week” does that really mean “your not right for this position”? Because this whole thing is a waste of time. I’ve did these calls with 3 recruiters and is yet to hear back from someone. Today would be the 4th recruiter that I’ve spoken to. Does this practice annoy you guys just as much as it does us? My dream career is to be a technical recruiter but this whole thing is discouraging.

I interviewed for an employed role and knocked my business plan pitch out the park, but could tell I disappointed them with my technical. By my own admission I’m lacking in this area as only have 1.5 years experience with a poor manager who only had me focus on biz dev.

They asked me what my salary expectations are but had already hinted my experience would knock me down a pay grade.

Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer. Previously interned there & left because my supervisor did not have any growth opportunities planned out for me; this was in spite of my stellar performance, as reflected in my 90 day review. However, firm X’s offer validity about to run out. Would you: (1) accept X’s offer now but rescind later if Y converts (2) ask X for additional time to decide (they’re “prestigious” and may not offer additional time...) Can someone explain how billable hours work? At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals. I asked ppl at my agency but haven’t gotten a proper explanation. I get the impression that billing to the agency admin code isn’t recommended, and my manager said he bills everything to client codes, but that doesn’t make sense to me .

Anytime a client says “thanks for the creative thinking” just know they’re going to kill everything.
