What are the career levels at KPMG? What level aligns to 7 YOE in consulting (also have 3 YOE in industry)? And what do current salary ranges look like for someone in this YOE range? Made a recent switch but considering going back to another big 4. Also interested in understanding what the culture’s like in the OCM group? Work-life balance? Saw some recent-ish negative posts about the OCM culture so interested to hear more perspectives. Thanks all!

Associate, Sr. Associate. Manager, Director, Managing Director, and Partner.

You'd likely come in as a Manager, but potentially as a Director since you have consulting experience in B4.

Worklife balance and culture is nice for the most part but very project/manager/partner dependent.
I've been on both bad and good projects, ymmv.
