What are your 401k allocations? Broadly speaking. I’m in 60% large cap s&p500 US, 20% Intl, 20% growth.

Found out recently we can invest in any stock/security within a 401k. Just need to open a traditional brokerage within it and transfer. This whole time I thought we were limited to the ~20 fund options. Accenture people at least.

But when I tried selecting ITR-1 for filing income tax, it shows a message in red mentioning I should select either ITR-2 or 3 since I have income from more than 1 house property. Should I go ahead and file with ITR-1 or do I need to get correction somewhere before filing the return?

In CA, if a tenant dies, who paid 1 year of rent upfront BUT there was no rental agreement, does the landlord still have the right to keep the rent or can the executor of the estate claim it back? Thanks!

Have an acquaintance who is a single mom; she purchased a used car 3 mos ago. Six wks later her 17yo wrecked it, air bags deployed, and estimates have ranged between $10-$18k in needed repairs while $21k is still owed. Acquaintance was switching insurance policies and flubbed the coverage dates and there were a few days where the vehicle was uninsured. No GAP insurance. I'm not seeing many options for her besides to continue pmts, fixing just enough to drive or voluntary repo. Thoughts?

During 2016, I was selected for wipro as a fresher undergone training, but I did not clear the training exams, so wipro terminated me.During tht time I created NSR profile, after tht I joined another MNC as fresher. I never mentioned wipro exp as previous exp anywhere. Now recently I got a offer frm wipro. here also I did not tell that I was earlier termined by wipro.If wipro asks me to provide NSR details during my joining, does NSR have my previous exp in their db? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think?
