Hello, I have accepted an offer at a competitor company and sent in my resignation letter. My start date is 5 weeks from now so I put in my end date 4 weeks from date letter was signed. Have full-time post-MBA offers from Bain big MCOL City and McKinsey small-ish M/HCOL city. McKinsey city is close to home and where I want to live long term, but I have really vibed with the Bain people.

How do I structure my decision making process?

About how long does it take for McKinsey to produce a written offer after the verbal offer? And then how long does the HR check take / is it just a criminal + employment history check?
