Hospitality took/is still taking a beating from COVID. I’d try and avoid that especially with a company that small. Assuming that would be a hotel or small hotel franchise company. If you are looking to remain in that 80-200 range I would say $85k to $105k is very in range.
HOWEVER! Other sectors and employee count could warrant a higher or lower bump. You’re in a pretty sweet spot geographically with some major players in the area (DC, Richmond, Raleigh and Durham).

Experience is a mixture of hospitality and construction. I am looking to get into more of a strategic role, but can do all admin functions.
Hampton Roads isn't too high of a cost of living so maybe $150-$160?

That is crazy low. I am in Texas and I pay my recruiter more than that
