shirt and tie, no jacket. tf you wearing a jacket for, you cold? turn up the heat, it’s your house.
Uhhh... khakis
Ehh, this is a tough one with most people being more casual with WFH. Maybe ask the recruiter what's appropriate given COVID?
Personally I'd probably overdress a tad (keep the jacket on the back of the chair if needed). And I'd probably make light of the situation and make some joke about wardrobes these days.
Usually I’d agree with D2 but I’ve worked with FAANG companies as clients before and they don’t really like the stuffy/corporate “east coast” look
Not FAANG but close (big company with similar culture)
I’m of the opinion it’s always better to overdress - I’d go suit and tie, even with a tech company. Gives off the image/vibe you give a damn about the position
Just got a job in tech and wore a button down during the whole process. All of my interviewers were in tee shirts.
If female - I wore a black blouse and dressy tan blazer for a tech interview
Male - should’ve specified
If final rounds I would be in suit and tie up top and shorts below.
