Hi,
I have joined ACTI a month back in Kolkata in L9. I wanted to opt for Company Car Lease policy just to save TAX but finding it too complicated.
I had raised queries to payrole and they have replied with a suggestion to think twice before opting for this benifit.
What do you all suggest, who have already opted for it?Accenture

That does not change anything, you will get the exact same salary a new staff with no experience. Your experience may help you get better raises but he starting point is always the same.
OP - depends on the office and market. I did a couple internships and still came in at the same salary as my peers that had only done one or none.
See my comment directly above. New hires start at $50. Doesn’t matter that you interned
Salary will depend on your market, and they will surely still try to lowball you. But you should get hired as an experienced associate if you have that much experience. Did they say anything about that, beyond just acknowledging that you are already on that level?
I believe new hires (depending on market) start at $50
I haven’t heard anything official about what position I will be offered. I have only heard feedback during career advising meetings that my performance has only been satisfactory. What is the average range I should be expecting as a typical associate after an internship?
