I have a counter offer for 14.. and now got selected in Infosys and during hr round i said i have offer of 14 and expecting 17 fixed... But hr immediately told they can give only 15Lpa and 15VP in that 15L... I said atleast 17 including VP will be ok for me they said they will request for approval and get back to me on Monday but they didn't come back till now 5th April... Will infy come with change in the package..

I have 8 years of HR experience, no college degree, and no HR certification. Titles held have been HR Specialist, HR Administrator, HR Generalist, Associate HR Manager, and most recently, HR Director for only four months (toxic). Geographically speaking, salaries are not very high. I was offered $45k in an hourly role as a site HR rep for a hotel with about 50 employees in a bustling college town. Should I try to negotiate more pay? Any input is appreciated.

I have an offer to join a Tier 2 consulting firm next year (entry level). However, it seems like they have over-hired and they are now pushing the start date back by a few months. This is not great in itself, as I handed in my notice to my current employer last week, but I was wondering if I should be concerned about further pushbacks or even them withdrawing the offer. Anyone interviewed with Capgemini UK ? I have a second stage interview with them next week and the only thing I’m told by the recruiter is that it’ll be a case interview with behavioural questions and everything will be told to me at the interview.
The case interviews I am used to are when I was given a problem statement before hand and I had to come up with the presentation. This is a bit different .

I Received a first offer from Deloitte 2 weeks ago that I countered and they accepted to raise it.
The recruiter in charge of my case was on holidays and he came back to work last week.
Sent him two emails asking when I should expect the new set of documents, but no reply until today.
Is this normal? Does a new offer necessarily have to go through the same steps as the first one ? Because I waited 10 days between the verbal offer and the written one for the first time.
