If you leave post MBA at either C (MBB) or M (T2) ,
You are likely to exit to senior manager strat roles in industry.
Roughly ~85-95/100k base with 10-15% bonus and sometimes a car allowance on top

That’s a lot lower than I expected do you know what progression is like

Depends upon the firm but within TMT (think Voda, Sky) the next level after senior manager is usually ‘head of’ or ‘director’ which you can only apply for if someone leaves the position or apply to a new team. Progression in industry is slow
If you can break into FS strat roles, the salary levels are quite different compared to most other industries
I would say it’s rather unlikely you will come in as VP in FS strat roles with 2 to 3 years experience though (assuming this is post-undergrad not MBA).

So then what’s the point of MBB if you’re not staying until partner?
Often times it will take even longer to progress to that level internally and with a lower salary
