I hate going to the Apple Store nowadays.
Hi all,
I'm serving Notice period and last date shall be 13th May 2022. Can someone help me understand if the bands and compensation isn't release by that date, will that be adjusted in full and final settlement?? If so, what about the components, which all shall be credited in that FFS?
Thanks in advance.

I just wanna work from home once in a while 🤷♂️
Moms: 3 months paid, plus an additional 2 months unpaid if desired. Dads: 6 weeks
Nothing. Seriously. I have two kids and each agency offered me a grand total of 0 days of paternity time. Both owners didn’t like the idea of offering it because “they didn’t get it either.” Lame policy and even lamer perspective.
4 months paid. For both parents. Really disappointed to see companies in here discriminating on gender.
Short term disability doesn’t cover 100% in any state I’ve ever lived in. It was 60% pay and depends on if you have a vaginal birth or c section.
12 weeks is stingy AF. 6 months for new moms minimum ought to be the standard, and mandated time for dads too.
4 months paid for maternity and paternity
To answer Sapient1, I believe it is effective right away.
@AccountSupervisor1 Agree with everything you’re saying but I’m not sure what point Heat 1 is missing. Lack of paternity leave helps cement those gender roles you speak of. And in the case of complications even more important that the father can be around to split duties, and of course to bond with the baby
@Droga5 1 My point was better articulated by Account Director 1. Dads should get time off but saying men & women should have the same amount of leave completely disregards everything a new mom has to go through, in my opinion. It shouldn’t be equal leave.
What about same sex couples? Or adoptive parents? Why can't it be equal? Who loses out by it being so? Legit confused as to why there needs to be a disparity.
Art Director 3, I agree! We all need to band together to demand more than 6 weeks. 0-2 weeks is just inhumane. I’ve heard that 72 and Sunny gets 6 months paid. Can anyone verify this?
If you are in the US you can take the FMLA for longer but it may be unpaid
12 Weeks with tenure here
1 week.
1 year in minimum wage basically 🇨🇦
OP, 6 weeks is disgraceful! And I'm truely shocked to hear some of the other stories :( we get 12 weeks full paid and 12w 50% paid. Dads get 2 weeks paid leave and 13 weeks 50%
0 weeks paid. Short term disability only.
A lot of dads here in NYC have to take vacation time. Many only get a week now, so a mandated few weeks would still be an improvement.
6 weeks plus “baby bonding” which is a week until you’ve been here a few weeks and of course FMLA. 🙄
