YOE and school (very) rarely change this - most firms hire MBA’s into a particular level and comp, and that is non-negotiable regardless of school, experience, or anything else.
Deloitte: Senior Consultant (for Deloitte Consulting tech/S&O)
PWC: Senior Associate (both PWC MC/DDV and Strategy&)
KMPG: Senior Associate (KPMG Strategy)
EY: If EY-P, you will be a “Consultant”, regardless of legacy EY-P or legacy OTS (this is new as of 7/1). For Advisory, you will be “Senior Consultant”

@C1 if you’re already at manager level in any of the particular practices and firms listed above, there wouldn’t be much point in an MBA unless you are leaving consulting or pushing to move to MBB. I’d assume if you did return to your pre-MBA job in that scenario they would keep you at manager level, but I’m not sure why you would do that.
If you’re a manager at those firms but NOT in the particular practices listed (I.e. you’re manager in Deloitte Advisory pre-MBA and moving to Deloitte Consulting, or EY Tax and moving to EY-Parthenon), they don’t care about your previous role - you will still be the levels listed above.
And even if you are a manager pre-MBA, switching practices post-MBA, with a strong case to stay at that level, it’s unlikely. For example, a good friend of mine from my MBA was a manager at PWC before b-school. While we were in school his practice was absorbed into PWC DDV. When he asked about coming in as manager they told him he still had to come in as senior associate.

Senior Associate, but keep in mind the pay is on par with other MBA opportunities ~$150K and up if no prior consulting experience. Higher title and pay with experience.
Depending on YOE and school you attended. Senior associate and above
Senior consultant
