What season are you normally taking the most time off? A lot of people are out of the office for the holidays but I normally find myself taking time off in the summer and shoulder seasons.

Holiday season for me. I've got kids and most of my family lives out of state, so it's nice for me to take a few weeks off this time of year and get to see everyone.

In recent years I've been focused on taking time off in the fall. I used to like going camping in the summer, but the last few summers have been so hot that it's just not as pleasant as it used to be. I'm thinking in the new year I'd like to plan a nice camping trip around early October. I'm off this week, which I'm happy about, but I'm not doing any traveling, just having the staycation of food, family, and football.

Sounds awesome! I am definitely feeling more inclined to the relaxing type of time off. The past year has been hectic travel and projects.

Holidays for sure

I don't take much time in during the holidays but I do take a lot of time off in the summer when its a lot nicer out.

I prefer to take time off in the summer and fall. I do end up with time during the holidays and it can be nice, but the weather is usually terrible.

Anyone hiring those who have been out of work for a year? I took time off to tend to personal matters, but I am now looking to get back into the workforce again. My previous experience includes time at B4 audit up to senior level and then transitioned to manager in industry. Senior/manager roles are preferred.

I don’t mind audit. However, I’d prefer it not to be at a B4, as I am looking for some semblance of a work life balance.

DM me if you have something above, thanks.
