What would you say is the breakdown of money allocation within a single team project? What percentage goes to creatives, strategy, account, project management, etc?

As a creative I’ve never gotten a peak at the budget and I’m interested to know what works and what doesn’t.

I’m 32. I have $80k saved. $40k currently invested. Then ~$50-60k in 401k. My plan was to save for a house, but prices have skyrocketed. As life returns to normal...I need to now move out from my parents’ again. Do I bite the bullet and rent in NYC, or stay and save another 12-18 months and hope to buy something? Full transparency: taxes make it very difficult to buy. It’s not the down payment, it’s the taxes.

Can someone explain how billable hours work? At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals. I asked ppl at my agency but haven’t gotten a proper explanation. I get the impression that billing to the agency admin code isn’t recommended, and my manager said he bills everything to client codes, but that doesn’t make sense to me .
