Hi fishes,I have around 5.2 yrs of hands on exp in data engg. and able to clear service based companies interviews easily. Now I want to switch to product based companies as I am looking for some good work, good salary but I am not really strong in dsa as it's not part of my daily work.I don't really use trees and graphs as part of my daily work.
How shall I switch to product based companies considering DSA is their 1st round itself.what level of DSA can I expect from companies for data engineer position?

SPHR or PHR- don’t sell yourself short, always write your resume for the role you ultimately want. Highlight the skills you’ve built along the way that are relative to HR. Focus on mid-sized companies to get your feet wet and don’t be surprised if you don’t get a manager/generalist role right away. Show your worth and the money and title will come ❤️
Thanks so much for your insight! I feel I’m definitely a delegator who tries to assign roles and projects based on their strengths while also welcoming feedback and insight on things. I wouldn’t qualify for the SPHR as I don’t have enough years of experience but will definitely do further research on SHRM and PCR. Good luck on the SPHR!
SPHR, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SHRM-SCP are good places to start for sure. SHRM has. Recruiting certificate as well! :)
Thank you! With my YOE I’d qualify for the SHRM or PCR.
