Usually lose around 5-8 pounds the first 1-2 weeks, anytime I re-start keto
It’s almost entirely water/glycogen
You can’t really lose more than a pound of fat per week, without also losing lean mass, or without an insane exercise regimen

Hah sorry, missed that. 5’7”, 145lb, M, 30 y/o. Bodyfat percentage wavers between 15-18% as measured on dexa scan.
To get lower I’d need to eat leaner meats, do more HIIT, smoke less weed, and/or quit consulting — but I’m decently happy where I am. 12% would probably be ideal for me — ab definition and lean/strong — if I can get there
Lost 8 lbs M/23/5’10” didn’t see the real physical change until week 4 onwards
In terms of net carbs for the most part I stayed between 20-30g, but I found myself to still be in ketosis even if I hit 40/50
7 lbs a month for 7 months... was on 16:8 and no more the 40 net carbs a day. Fasted walking, was core exercise. Male 38 256 lbs to 209lbs. I sit between 211-216 now. But I am more agreeable to protein and less carb strick at dinner, but do a dinner to dinner fast twice a week.
