I think I bombed a case interview with Chartis for an associate consultant position. The case was in excel and required me to manipulate the data via share screen with the interviewer. I couldn’t get some functions to work and was struggling to go through the 16 page PDF of data. I had several answers correct but needed to walk through the remaining questions with some guidance. My other 3 case interviews went well and I had great conversation with the partner for behavioral interview. Thoughts?

So, a spot I made (concept to completion) got shelved due to COVID forcing the client’s marketing plan to change. During that time, my partner and I were laid off. Recently, the spot aired, but the agency credits a different team for the work – me, my parter, and my CDs aren’t listed. Do I ask the agency to correct it? Just throw it in my book with explanation? Just take the L and chalk it up to that being how the industry is?

I am constantly asked to improve my team’s “efficiency”. As a creative that’s a hard one to grasp. How can I ask my team to spend less time on the creative? Feels like I’m asking them to spend less time thinking and just do shittier work. Any suggestions?
