I got offer from 2 firms KPMG global for 6 lpa and Deloitte India for 6.5 lpa. Which one should i move for.

My personal opinion is to go for DI because its in my hometown, for KPMG i need to relocate. But many people are telling WLB was bad in DI. any suggestions..

With my partner we are considering making a move to the countryside of Switzerland, with a gorgeous RE project offering incredible views on immaculate mountains and lake. However, it is far away, and will require 1h+ train/car commute vs. 10 min biking right now. We are scared it will bite us back at some point, although COVID helped w/ remote working being a new norm. The project will be done 2024, so I hope to have a more relax job by then. - fairly decent place to work (from someone who worked with the Vancouver and San Jose offices). never met a blue badger (permanent employee) who had awful things to say.

- Ashley Goodall (their SVP, Methods & Intelligence) co-authored a brilliant book on leadership and people management called “Nine Lies About Work” that makes me believe they can be an awesome place to work

- red badgers had low morale since they’re contract workers and can be terminated at any time
