Talk to Grey HR and ask them to circulate your resume to WPP talent. They live at the holding company level and know more about what is going on at different agencies. See if the they will give actual contact details so you can make that connection yourself. If you stay in the network negotiate to keep your tenure for PTO purposes. You can also ask to keep your tenure for 401k purposes but that will vary from holding company to holding company.

Sorry this happened to you. It's an unfortunate and common situation. They need to make margin and give raises. Now with less people the raise will have to pacify those who received it while they cover the open headcount. Eventually the bow will break and day to day management will beg for staff to offset the resignations. They'll get the staff and soon the process will start again. It sucks but it's common. Wish you well on your search.
