Stair master is using your own weight , elliptical is not weight resistance.
Neither. Weight lifting. You also have to eat to a calorie deficit.

If you’re already lifting weights, I’d suggest to add incline walking. I put it on the highest incline and walk for 30-45 minutes (while I watch a show on my iPad or listen to a podcast). Don’t hold onto the handrails and just allow you legs and butt to fully work. I sweat buckets every time.
Weight lifting. Increasing your muscle mass will help you burn more calories more efficiently. Cardio is good for your heart health but lifting will help more for overall weight loss. Think of strength training as your entree and cardio as the side dish.
