Maybe try some natural alternatives like collagen and skin care routine before going for injections.
None of those options can be compared to medical interventions like Botox. Completely different things and cannot produce the same or comparable results.
Love it. I’ve needed less over time. It helps regulate my moods too so I feel less sad or anxious because I can’t make the facial expression. I only get it once a year though, to “train” myself to stop frowning because it’s so expensive
Also, collagen creams/ serums /supplements literally do not work. You’re better off eating clean food than spending $ on collagen. Biostimulatory fillers (ie. Sculptra) is the only thing that can actually get your skin to produce more collagen on its own. Google it
Emily at Karen Horton's office is the best. And their price per vial is very competitive.

Best thing you can do for your skin, long term, is staying out of the sun as much as possible. Use high SPF if you’re going outside at all.
California, including the bay, has bonkers high UV.
I’ve been doing it for 2.5 years and I love it!!
I did twice. The first time was fine. The 2nd time I had a wrap around headache for 4 months solid. I was giving myself an ulcer with how much advil I was taking. Just be aware that side effect exist and it take a while for botox to wear off. Maintenance is expensive too.
