Looking to get into SaaS sales but my experience is in construction and fine furniture (I was a sales manager and was able to lead my team of 4 people to consistently hit 450k monthly targets). Hiii genz here lol, when is it too early to talk about a raise? I’m planning on bringing up the idea to my boss when I hit a year working with them is that a reasonable time? Also im thinking of asking for 15% increase bc I know he’s gonna negotiate to like 8% (which is fine bc I tbh want 5%) :) anyways any help/insight is amazing !!
