I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?

I just finished what I thought was the final round of interviews for a job that I really want. Everything has been going extremely well. The recruiter just called to tell me that they want me to do one more round, though. This will make 8 interviews total, including a full case study presentation to 4 people. Should I be worried? Is this a red flag?

I have an interview for an in house position (only attorney) at a small non-profit focused on conservation easements. I am a transactional associate at a mid sized law firm. The prospect of freedom from the billable hour and contributing to meaningful work are the draws. The cons are that while the salary at the non-profit would only be slightly less than what I am making now, pay increases and opportunities for advancement will be much less than where I am now. I am currently in Texas and don’t have to pay state income taxes. I am making about 90 K and would love to bump up my salary from there. Hi fishes, my friend recently had a bitter experience with Dish Network. So her profile was shortlisted and they asked few questions over email. It did take good 2hrs to answer and she replied back. HM said we are good to go for interview and sent an invite. On the day of interview nobody turned up, neither they gave an update later. She did follow up for a couple of days but no response. Is there any reason why this happens ? Me being in HR field felt this to be a little unprofessional.
