Would you share your thoughts on why companies are ghosting after interviews at all stages? I’ve been through quite a few, from initial screening to final round. Some have even discussed start dates. Then they just ghost. I’m not looking for what I could have done better (another thread), but just why that is the case. I have heard from others they have experienced the same and this did not happen to me even a few years ago. Just a simple explanation of circumstances would be considerate.

How many people did you interview with during the lateral process? I’ve met with 4 already and am scheduled for another 10-12 people (mostly partners), which seems like a lot

Why do recruiters never tell you which agency they want to talk to you about until they get you on the phone? I don’t want to waste anyone’s time and it would be helpful to know this info from the initial outreach. My experience with this only applies to healthcare, but would imagine it’s the same in consumer as well. Anyone?

I have been in production for 10 years but all of it has been done through my own production company (which was basically just me)
