I have experience of 5 yrs in sap mm functional area.my current salary is 9.5 lpa at Capgemini.What can I expect from PWC.Currently I have offer of 18.75 where 15.5 is fixed(I don't want to join this company).
My pwc hr told max ther can give 15 fixed.Should I take pwc offer of 15 fixed?

Yeah that seems like WAY too long to spend on formatting. Especially if it’s for you own “integrity”. If your time would have been better spent doing something else your boss might be upset.
Formatting doesn't seem like a matter of professional integrity. More like personal preference. And unless that is going to save you time later or make the deliverables more clear, it's probably not worth it.
One of the lessons I learned as a perfectionist is that certain things don't matter and are a waste of time. Learning to focus on things that really matter to the broader organization are where you should be spending your time. Sometimes getting the work done is more important than improving the formatting. Especially when things are in a time crunch.
I should follow up by saying that a file that is terrible it should be cleaned up. If you can't follow what is going on it isn't just formatting.

HAHAHH OP this is soooooo real. I am the queen of wow this spreadsheet will save me time, and then spending hours and hours fixing and formatting. But I am a spread sheet girly to my core.
