What's salary range for experienced hire SC at EY ? 3 YOE in tier 2 city.

What's the expected comp for C and SC at Deloitte consulting - strategy & analytics ?

I’m desperate to get out of my current firm (boutique ops shop). Today I got an offer from a direct competitor of ours (also boutique ops) with a title bump to Senior Consultant and a 6% salary bump.

My goal is to get into a tier 2/mbb (Kearney is the top pick) in early 2021.

Should I take the offer and keep looking or do I stay and keep trying for tier 2/mbb?

Currently Senior Consultant at Capgemini Invent in Europe. Got an offer from Deloitte Financial Advisory. Same position, +20% total comp. Reputation and exit options should be way better at Deloitte, aren’t they? Any showstopper or blockers why I should not go for it?

Has anyone regretted a move and title bump because they didn’t feel ready/weren’t ready? I have an offer from another Big4 for Senior Consultant but am getting nervous about the responsibility and current market. It’s hard to say no to with the title and significant salary bump. I’m on an easy project through the end of the year but have the offer now. Any advice or anyone face the same?

What's the senior consultant comp range at Deloitte?

Is Deloitte S&O salary at SC level standard for any MBA new hire, or is it higher for target school/campus recruited MBAs and lower for an experienced hire from non-target (but let's say top 25 program)? Depends on negotiation maybe?

Just got an offer to work at Guidehouse public sector SC for ~$120k coming from industry (+20% base raise). However I’m not clear on the bonus structure. Can anyone clarify ball park what the average SC level performer makes bonus wise? 4.5 YoE in case it matters.

My most recent director told me that my time is being charged as Sr Consultant, so that’s the expectation for my performance. My title is associate, so two levels below a senior consultant. My last two appraisals have been scored against senior consultant roles, which my company has used to justify why I’m not eligible for a salary increase or promotion to consultant. Is this normal?

SC at ~ 180K TC. I recently got an offer from my current client for a VP role (they had pitched other roles and I declined due to the comp difference not being high enough). They came back a few months later with a 450K TC VP offer that really surprised me... While this seems like an obvious move, the client is really shitty and fairly small (~1B in rev). Am I crazy for thinking of turning this down? My GF and I combined make about 400K so it’s incrementally not that much to us.

So I’m a second year consultant. Like most, I was disappointed with compensation this year and am pretty bearish on my future earning potential here. I’m currently interviewing with a big tech company (not FAANG but close) for a position with substantially higher pay as a business analyst. I really wanted to stay til SC/M but the money is too good to pass up. I guess my question is: are there any major downsides to exiting to industry “too early?” Has anyone done it and regretted it?

I have two offers on the table rn:
Guidehouse as a senior consultant at 95k
Deloitte as a consultant at 100k plus 3k signon bonus
Which one should I go with..? Both are great companies (compared to my current firm) and it’s difficult to make a decision.
