Under/over? Greater NYC, Strong b2b product marketer dipping toes into ecom and trying to move from a 1986 sales strategy to, say, solidly 2017. In house Creative lead over a team of 7-10, offering $180k plus 20% annual bonus. Seems low to me but am I just operating with an agency salary scale mindset?

Hi trying to help a friend navigate the negations convo. They were recently promoted from VP, Creative Lead to CCO at a midsize experiential/content agency. Current offer is a 13% increase in salary but still feels a little low based on other numbers we’ve seen. Case: have around 25 companies and associated info. Part of that info includes company contact point info (name, email) each company may have 1-8 contacts. Contacts change frequently. Ideally I’d like my columns to be |comp name | contact name| contact email |etc, but the issue is I need to track when people leave a company, can’t delete the data.

Rn I have 1 sheet holding comp info, another, contact info.

I’m a mid-level agency producer and I’m worn out. I don’t know if it’s the agency I am at or the industry overall but I’m kind of done with it, especially now since the work is so dull. I don’t want to do project management since that’s the part about the job I like the least, but I don’t have the chops to flip to the creative side of things. What am I good for?
