I have interviewed at Deloitte M&A as an experienced hire, direct entry manager position. Position is located in the west coast. I just received a call from HR letting me know I got the job and will receive an offer by tomorrow. My questions are -What should the base salary range be? What percentage annual bonus is the norm - 20%? 30%? And do experienced hires get sign on bonuses?
Sorry for all the questions but would greatly appreciate some honest answers. Thanks
Bain & Company Anyone currently in/ knows someone working as a Practice Consultant/Product Manager at Bain & Company ? Is it similar to knowledge expert roles at other MBB (ie less client exposure, more ‘supporting’ role etc)? Bonus if you transferred from a consulting role and if you can share how you’re enjoying (or not) it. TIA!
Hi all. I am trying to determine if I am being compensated fairly. I am a tax manager (about to start my second year as manager) and have been with EY since staff 1. I was promoted to manager in June 2020 (during covid) and received a 7.5% raise. The class above me has mentioned they received much higher raises during their promotion years. My base salary is now approx. 97K. Any insights would be extremely helpful. Thanks!
