I have an offer from Genpact at 4D Band (Senior M ~ Exp Senior Consultant IMO) for TC of $150K Base + 10% Bonus and one expecting from EY at M1 level for $150-160K Base.
Both firms are similar on salary but the position. The next level at Genpact is AVP which I feel is equivalent to Manager only after 2 years. Should I choose Manager level at EY or should I choose a lower level with equal pay which will kind of help me set lower expectations

I've worked very hard to claw my way up to Sr. Program Manager/SAFe Agile Coach/Scrum Master Lead role (10+ YOE) by aquiring multiple SAFe Agile certs and am now in process of acquiring cloud architecture & cyber security related certs from GCP, AWS, and Azure.

If leaving as a manager at S&, what comp in terms of base / bonus should i realistically target? Currently at ~200k base with ~60-70k bonus. Want to exit to an industry role (can be tech or non-tech). Based in Texas.

Should I take this offer? Currently M2 tax manager at B4 based in BANW with just under 120k salary 6Yoe. The industry offer is base 30% increase + 15% bonus and 100k equity 4yr vesting. I have an opportunity for an interview for a senior manager role and want to see if it would be a good move going into supply chain. For reference I have 7 YOE in finance with an MBA and no supply chain background.

Curious to know which offer you would take and other considerations (both are fully remote):

Offer 1: Product Manager, seed round start up, $170K base, $20k annual bonus target, options currently valued at $56k with 4 year vest.
