How much do Product Managers make? Currently going through interviews (ex consultant, currently BizOps & Analytics Manager). It would be my first PM job. Have about 6 YOE total and making about 200k base salary (cash). Would I need to expect a significant decrease?

I’m in a small group (not kpmg) and I started with three people all of whom have since left (2 seniors and one manager) is it greedy to expect a larger bonus this year as we’ve had record growth (and three less people to pay out to since they left?
What was your bonus % this year?

Currently a consulting manager. Got a startup offer and looking for negotiation advice. If you’re offered a job with salary range $150k-160k and equity range 30k-20k to select from, can you come back with a counter and ask for something out of the range? For example, could I ask for $170k and 25k shares?

Anyone know the typical salary range for an e-commerce manager at L’Oreal or even just in NYC? I received a 4% raise this year but think I am being underpaid. From my research - it looks like the usual ecomm manager here makes 105-120K. I only just got boosted up to 101K after 2+ years in my role, taking on new responsibilities, and managing a direct report.

My current salary is 11.5 Lpa with 5 YOE. I put paper and i am left with only 15 days. My manager is offering me 30 Lpa. Should i accept it?

My firm recent filed my I-485 (yay!) It’s for a “manager” position but I’m on track to being promoted to senior manager in October and I don’t think it’ll be done processing by then. The rolls and responsibilities don’t change much but the salary does. Is that an issue?

Offer from Genpact Senior Manager 150k base + 10 pc bonus and 5k sign on. Is this a good offer ? Currently making 112k. YOE 6. Might ask for AVP role HCOL

Input needed. Received offer from McK as a manager on solutions side. Currently Sr. associate at boutique (generalist). Just received a promotion to engagement manager that I thought I had no shot at. New comp is now slightly higher than McK offer. Am I crazy to question the jump? What other things should I be considering? Exit opps, benefits, advancement, etc. Thinking I should leave to get McK on the resume, but hard to leave money on the table. Need quick guidance....

I have 9.5 YOE already serving Notice period. Got offer for SAT TSE IT service line

1) I have got designation ASSOCIATE MANAGER Grade 42. Is it good for 9.5 YOE

2) current offer in hand is 25 LPA 22 fixed 3 variable. EY GDS offered 23.5 fixed + 10% bonus. Should I ask more?

3) I also asked for joining bonus as I will be joining in 30 days but HR declined. Should I bargain hard for joining bonus. If HR increase the offer that is 23.5 LPA?

How good is work and culture at Hexaware?
Getting good salary but is it worth changing at medium percentage hike?

I have heard people need to fill their timesheet everyday and a lot of reporting to manager stuff. Is it too macro managerial there? Or flexible related to time and work?
