Hello, I have been through two rounds of interviews at Deloitte UK and it seems like I will get an offer. I wanted to know what's the general salary range for a SC role at Deloitte UK. Joining as an Enterprise Architect with 13 years of IT experience. 5+ yrs relevant.

Interviewed for Deloitte Tech Strategy SC and got a verbal offer for Consultant instead. I negotiated the offer to 120K salary and 10K signing bonus. I’m a boomerang with 4 years ERP consulting but this past year I’ve been doing DEI Consulting. Spoke with former colleagues who rejoined Deloitte and got much higher offers for SC. How do I go back to the recruiter to negotiate further? I suggested that I’d probably sign but needed time to think. Now I’d like to go back and request 140k salary.

Interviewing at Slalom and want to get senior consultant position, 5 YoE. Is 140k good for comp?

Currently at CGI Senior Consultant TC-90k.. I feel that the salary is not competitive at all with a 3% yearly comp increase. Any opinion here?

Hey Fishbowl, I’m looking to pivot into consulting. I have a job interview coming up with Deloitte for an IT audit senior consultant role. Was wondering what the compensation band/salary range would be at that level? I have 5 YOE between audit and compliance and live in a HCOL city.

Senior at EY. Just got an offer at Deloitte for Senior Consultant. 25% increase in base with a 20k sign on bonus. I'm happy with the base but wondering, am I leaving anything on the table with the sign on bonus? I am a data scientist (highly in demand) and 20k at the SC level feels ... well, like there's room for negotiation.

I'll ask for more, but what should I target? 30? 35? 50?

Recently interviewed with Deloitte. Was told shortly after that I would hear soon and that the question was whether I would be offered SC or M. Fast forward almost two weeks, I get a call today saying I will be getting an SC offer, what the compensation would be etc. But was informed it would take up to 2 weeks to get an official offer (something to do with a backlog on sign offs). Has anyone experienced something similar? (Wondering if they are continuing to interview and are unsure with me)

Went from Senior Consultant at a sub-Big 4 accounting/consulting firm at $85K +$5K signing bonus to an offer for Associate VP at a tech startup at $100K plus $5K signing bonus, $5K anniversary bonus (?) and stock options. Is this a good move?

The anniversary bonus is something over never seen before. Part of me fears that they fear that I won't stick around/survive for a full year...

120 at IBM consulting for senior consultant or 95 at Mck for analyst position? Mck does have a 15-22k performance bonus where as IBM has no bonus. Heard its easier to get promoted at IBM tho.
