A recruiter at another B4 gave me a number much lower than what I’m currently making. Should I tell them how much im making now, which is admittantly at the very top of the SC band, or counter with a range that’s more than I’m making? I hesitate to just throw out current salary + 20% bc I’d be asking for almost $190k for a SC role and I know that would be quite a huge ask for a SC @ B4, even for tech

Looking to get into SaaS sales but my experience is in construction and fine furniture (I was a sales manager and was able to lead my team of 4 people to consistently hit 450k monthly targets). I'm an introverted person, like to keep to myself, focus on work, spend the rest of my time on family, gym etc. I've been told that I need to work on my communication and client relationship building skills. any books I can read? I don't follow pop. culture anymore, no longer actively follow team sports (but sporty myself) as I consider it bread and circus for the masses and don't rly enjoy work drinks... Am I doomed? This is for a guidewire role.
Which is a better offer? What would be a good option for growth wrt role, salary etc.
Also, PWC claims to offer variable based on their fixed CTC based on the ratings.. is this true ? How much is the avg percentage given?

I’m currently an HR specialist and trying to decide what I want my future to look like. I would like to step away from the transactional, administrative HR work.
