Curious what the salary level is for a Sr. Manager at Digital Finance team. Not sure what L4 or L5 is but I see job posted at Sr. Mgr level.

Salary offer of $82,500 with 9% bonus for an RIA based on Los Angeles. Is this comparable to the market at the moment? Position is for an advisory associate that handles project management rather than advising.

Advice on negotiating salary in LA? Brand side opp - senior level. COL calculators provide harsh revelation of how expensive it is to live there. Sheesh!

Interested in working in PE, but experiences align more with the Ops side (3 YOE in strategic value creation). Is there a significant difference in total comp potential between ops and investments roles? Not sure how to make a case to break into investments with minimal DD experience, so thinking about Ops recruitment (Associate).
