I am currently working as an associate consultant in Infosys. But my work is of manual+automation testing. I want to switch now, but I am confused b/w Business Analyst and Automation tester role, which role would be better for me to switch? Also regarding salary which is a high paying role among the two?

I have an interview for an in house position (only attorney) at a small non-profit focused on conservation easements. I am a transactional associate at a mid sized law firm. The prospect of freedom from the billable hour and contributing to meaningful work are the draws. The cons are that while the salary at the non-profit would only be slightly less than what I am making now, pay increases and opportunities for advancement will be much less than where I am now. Thoughts on making the shift?

Interested in working in PE, but experiences align more with the Ops side (3 YOE in strategic value creation). Hey All,
I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.
