Which agencies in San Francisco are weathering the storm the best? I haven’t seen much about layoffs or furloughs. It seems like the bigger agencies in NY have been hit harder.

Help me ask for a raise in my upcoming performance review? In sum, my company’s HQ is in Texas and I feel I’m being paid a Texas wage when I live in Los Angeles (the role is remote). We do have a San Francisco office and I want to ask my boss to match me what staff are making there. As that’s more comparable. Based off of Glassdoor, my salary matches Texas’s exactly and SF has the same role at 10k more. Should I show him the Glassdoor page? Don’t want to come off too strong. Please advise

I’m a first-year who’s being told to make edits to several ongoing docs TODAY in advance of next week’s signing (fine) and have communicated capacity to ALL deal teams… but literally they keep adding work, and telling me basically “Understood - need this asap, will only take five mins to do.” (HA) It’s getting to a point where I’m making sloppy mistakes because they want things like yesterday.

Recently I got a offer letter from TCS, my concer is on creating UAN number.

When I was pursuing my BTech at that time itself I have done some job as part time in a power plant so they have created an uan number for me. I have worked there for 2years approx after that I left. and also I withdraw all the amount from uan number.

So now my question if I don't want to give my uan number in tcs because if they see the details they are going to questioning on me..

A director in another unit wants to meet me to “continue a conversation we started last year”. He is referring to the time I had asked him if there were openings on his team. That was over a year ago. I am not too happy where I am right now ( I stayed where I was). I also don’t know if he really has an opportunity or if this is just some corporate circle jerk where my current director is trying to “smoke me out”. I don’t speak poorly of my team/work. Any nurses here not have hospital experience? I work as a community nurse and have previous experience in an assisted living and clinic. I don’t have much interest in going to the hospital. Been a nurse for about 9 years. Started out as LPN and now I have small children and enjoy my flexibility. Any regrets for those that never did the hospital ?
