Hi all - I’m a TVC at Google and I work as a PgM. I earn around $125K USD (ATL). I caught a glimpse of our project budget and saw that Google is paying nearly $200K for me. I realize that the agency needs to earn their share too but it just seems unfair that they’re skimming $60K off the top. I’m going to ask for more $ at my renewal but my recruiter said they’d have to ask Google for more because they’re tapped out. Which I just found shocking considering I know the amt. should I ask for more?

For the 3rd time in as many weeks at JFK, I was patted down because my regular navy blue work pants indicated the prescense of metal objects! I had nothing on me and the pants are just regular run of the mill pants. I cannot fathom how this could happen. Any frequent travelers with ideas on why this is happening? How do you avoid getting overwhelmed with matters? I think I do good work, and am very happy when I have one to three large projects taking a lot of time. But I start feeling panicky and at sea when I have a lot of things going on and emails flying back and forth, even if individually nothing is that hard or time consuming. Trying to get myself in a niche that fits my work style but I know it won't always be possible.

it’s all savings/investing cash so ‘affordable’ in that sense, but I’ve already got more in crypto than I initially wanted. Really I want to know if lowering the overall cost by DCA investing another 25% of current holding is a good idea or just let sleeping dogs lie?
