Is this a good salary for this role and are there any career opportunities to branch into as far as leadership positions for the future? When I joined TCS, thought to stay here till I retire. Got 2 A bands, cleared DCA, but the project I used to do was that of a BA on excel sheets. Now joining Lexmark (prod based) with 40% hike.

But still I have mixed feelings, since it's my first switch.

Hi - I worked at a MSP for 6 years as an sales consultant/account executive and moved companies 2 years ago, BUT I’d really like to move back into the MSP/Cyber Security/SaaS space. Id love some input on fully remote positions or if anyone has recommendations!

Will the housing market tank more than 20% in DFW ?

My CCTC is 8.5lpa. manager saying that they will change the clause, from incentive to fixed component. But won't give any hike. And since I have 2 A-bands, I will be promoted in Jan cycle to ITA, so another 20% hike
So he told me to let him know about my decision.
