PWC Asset Wealth Management Group. How is it?
I got an offer last week and need to make my decision soon. I have been mulling it over and it doesn't seem to meet my long-term goals, but the name of PWC will definitely help me achieve it, granted it will be a few more years than what I want.

Currently looking to get into an industry position so I can slowly start building my own book of business. Until I can buy a book on my own. Problem is I am having trouble getting an industry position.

Pros:

- fairly decent place to work (from someone who worked with the Vancouver and San Jose offices). never met a blue badger (permanent employee) who had awful things to say.

- Ashley Goodall (their SVP, Methods & Intelligence) co-authored a brilliant book on leadership and people management called “Nine Lies About Work” that makes me believe they can be an awesome place to work

Cons:

- red badgers had low morale since they’re contract workers and can be terminated at any time

I have this weird huge anxiety around sending out emails to my BU. Personally, it’s because I’ve received feedback that I’m not concise or clear in my written communication. I’m trying to be patient and gracious with myself, & have been reading books to improve my vernacular. I also send my email drafts to my manager first, & she’s been supportive and improving them for me. Which is great! But I feel a tad embarrassed. Any tips on how to regulate that feeling, & improve written comm?
