Is a person who is promoted to Manager in September eligible for L1-A visa in October, if he or she has worked for little more than a year in another country?

Currently working in Arizona hybrid under my H1B status. My company is also located in AZ. I mostly do not need to go into office unless needed. Currently I’m planning to relocate to California for 2 months temporarily. My director is concern is this is going to affect my visa status. Does anyone have advice ?

I am seriously worried. I am doing my co-op and my supervisor is not giving me an easy time. I am trying to do my best even with very little direction and this supervisor constantly harassing my about things like her not being able to use google meet or to remember passwords. I feel bullied and very anxious. I am afraid she can jeopardize my visa with a bad evaluation. Back when I was getting started in the food world, I worked flipping burgers at In-n-Out. A man came in and said the burgers he had gotten weren’t right. He dumped the food on the counter and then he started throwing them back behind the counter. We gave him a refund and then his demeanor completely changed.
