I’ve an interview with Strategy& - private equity team for senior manager role. The first round is a technical interview. Do you know what it entails?

I had 9 rounds of interview in Goldman Sachs for a role in Bangalore office. I was getting regular updates from the hr within one or two days after every interview, however after the 9th round I did not hear back from the hr for two weeks. I followed up with the hr and as per the hr, they are awaiting feedback from the hiring manager what does that mean? Is my candidature got rejected? Is there any probability I will hear back from the hr team? Kindly advise.

I got an interview with a consulting company and they liked me and gave an offer. I have countered their offer and the hiring manager scheduled a call with me the following day and gave me another counter to my counter. I didn't accept it and told him that the number I gave is fair based off my skills. He said he will review it with other team managers and reply back. It's been a week and I've never heard anything from them is that a no? And is it normal that they don't communicate back?

Hey folds, need your advice. What is the key requirement to be a post sales customer success manager in a tech company? Does anyone have any guidance on how best to present a customer onboarding plan or examples of when you were impressed by a CSM?

Any interview tips for a Security Engineering Manager position at Salesforce?

Currently make $135k as a manager with 5 YOE at the same company. Never negotiated an offer before, but applying to both boutique consulting and tech firms now.
If you were me, where would you set your expected comp range when asked by recruiters? What would make it worth it to leave?
Want to balance between not lowballing myself due to never having done this before but also being reasonable with my YOE.

I interviewed for a program management role with Microsoft about a week ago. I had my 3 interviews with potential colleagues which I thought went well. The last interview with the hiring manager had to be rescheduled due to a scheduling conflict.

However, I haven’t heard anything since then from the recruiting team, not even about rescheduling the interview with the hiring manager. Should I mentally move on or is this a relatively normal timeline of events?
