Hi..
I Appeared for an interview for RPA - Automation Anywhere. I didn't got any response after the interview. Then when I reached hiring manager through LinkedIn I got to know I cleared all the rounds but my expected cts is high so they might have rejected. First thing is I never said what I am expecting . And I clearly told In managerial round that I am open for salary discussion.

But no one responded. Will I get the call back in time? Or I just leave it and go ahead with other companies?

Rose quickly to Manager @ D and now can’t get interviews because my YOE are too low for equivalent roles in industry / tech. Anyone successfully navigated this?

An old colleague referred me to her team at this large e-commerce company for a full-time role. The interview with the hiring manager went well, so she set up the second interview with a marketing manager. So right out of the gate, this manager asks me why some of the freelance roles I’ve had were only 1 to 3 months, as if this is a huge red flag. I told him that that’s what the agreed upon duration was. Anyone else have this come up?

Hey folks - can somebody comment on what’s the typical RSUs for a Senior tech program manager position? In midst of interviewing and what to baseline expectations. Also it seems from other threads that sign on bonuses aren’t common - any recent data points on that?

Questions to Partners. During interview process, if a candidate has a mutual connection with the hiring manager and/or interviewer - would you advise they reach out to the mutual contact? When during the process e.g when interview is scheduled or when they go through to final round? Any reasons it’s not a good idea?

I was interviewing for a role at an agency I’ve interviewed w/ for several teams & finally thought I’d receive an offer.

I interviewed with HR since the hiring manager was OOO, & randomly got nervous & choked up for a sec.

I blew it, & they extended an offer to someone with “strong client facing communication skills.”

Was it my nerves?

Looking at a Facebook people strategy role and wondering if I’d have a higher chance at getting a first round interview if I was referred by a FB recruiter in a different department? I have another friend who is a FB benefits manager but he says 9/10 referrals of his don’t get one. Thoughts?

It’s a hot market so I am exploring about 7 opps right now, but they all expect me to do multiple rounds of interviews during my work day and eventually a strategic assignment. Was interviewing few people past two months - why do interviewing candidates take months? Hiring manager, technical interviews, HR, Directors - why does selecting candidates take so long that even before hiring they are lost to competitor, or is it just me

Have an interview at Accenture coming up soon - consists of several interviews directly with MDs (resume, cases, closing—if successful). They’ll assign a job level (consultant, manager, senior manager) based on the interviews. I’m trying to gauge what base and TC ranges I’m looking at. It’s a niche practice within and I have 15+ YOE in this niche area. Would appreciate any guidance or data points.

Accepted an offer at a regional bank, at-will employment. Jr most role in structured products but hiring manager was keen to hv me on board, new area to explore.
Got a call from a british consulting firm, they're ready to offer me a role one level up from what i interviewed for, the pay would be 30pc higher than at the bank, it's in nyc, won't have to move. It's rltd to perf analysis for various funds, aligns somewhat with my previous exp as a pensions consultant. How should i make a decision?

I’ve got about 15 years of experience so I’d guess I’d classify myself as mid-career. Am I reading into things too much if the folks I’ll be interviewing with are both like 2-3 years out of undergrad??

Had a few interviews with HR, hiring manager and the rest of the team. Interviews were all back to back but it’s been a few weeks since then. I’ve already followed up and the time they said they’d get back to me has passed. How often is too often to follow up with HR on the job status?
