I have a final round interview with EYP for SaT this Friday (two 30 minute interview with senior manager and partner). This would be my 4th and 5th interview total. What should I expect? Would this be similar to the first three?

I’m super excited. Finished interviewing over a month ago and today HR contacted me today saying that the hiring manager wants to speak with me about potentially joining the team and give me a chance to ask questions.

Please help me with what questions to ask. Thanks in advance!

What should I expect in the 30 min phone interview with a Manager for Deloitte Operations Strategy Consultant role? Are there any questions they always ask at Deloitte? Any guidance is appreciated.

What are some good questions to ask the interviewer during a second round interview for an in house position? These interviews will be by the other members of the legal team and business partners (not the hiring manager himself).

I’ve been through 5+ weeks of interviews with a company that will IPO next year and they did a bait and switch on me with the offer: it was advertised as “Head of” and then during the offer-walk-through-meeting today they said “oh btw we changed the title to ‘Senior Manager’ for this role”. They offered me a salary I made 4 years ago as a manager. They offered stock options with an exercise price TBD 1 year from now…which is when they’re hitting IPO. Is that normal for stock options?

Hi! Any tips for a Senior product manager case study? It was given to me as one of the steps in the interview process. The case study asks me to come up with a solution for a product problem the company has given me.

What’s a good answer to the question “Why are you leaving so soon?”

For context I have made 2 exit since last year. I was below average at the start of the pandemic and now quite a bit on the upper range. In each instance I was either approached by the recruiter or the hiring manager. Even now the most recent interview was when the company approached me through LinkedIn but still they asked me this question which is quite confusing. I mean you approached me and I like the work you do.

Can someone explain why I have to do a 4th round interview with the same person that I did the 2nd round with (hiring manager)? We already spent an hour in the first interview I don’t get what else they are trying to accomplish by doing this.

Also, I’ll have to analyze a random reconciliation and explain improvements that can be made.

I’m just a 2nd year manager, so I’m getting so nervous, and any insight or tips would be appreciated!

Total exp: 10.5 yrs
2 offers
1) TCS - Elasticsearch Developer/Data Analyst
20 lpa (18 fixed + 2 variable) plus 1 lakh as retention bonus.
2) CTS - Python Developer
22.5 lpa ( 21 fixed + 1.5 variable)

Note:- For CTS, the interview happened for python developer, however, in the offer letter they have mentioned role as manager (projects). Not sure how come!

Which one should I go for?

Can you all provide any insight or tips into this role whether you've done it or partnered with someone who has. Also, what do you consider the media & marketing process to be?

I had interviews with Grant Thornton. The last manager I interviewed with said he didn’t know what the next steps were after he turns in his assessment. How long should I wait to ask the recruiter what the next steps are? Or is anyone familiar with the interview process ?
