What signing bonus should I expect for a senior analyst position at a consulting firm? (Expecting an offer / potentially switching firms)

Currently have an offer for a research analyst role in California. Their offering 80K and say that this is the most they can offer. I have 2 YOE in consulting so this would be out of the consulting salary bracket. It 80K too low for a research analyst role in California?

Uber is offering $90k base for 2 YOE in a business analyst role. Does this seem low? Idk why anyone would take that coming out of consulting, other than for the brand name on the resume
